About Sundance
The President of our company
is Charles McCormick.
He has an extensive resume of
accomplishments in his professional
career of acquisition, division,
development, marketing and sales of
improved and unimproved properties,
most of which were accomplished in or
near coastal areas.
McCormick’s fascination with seaside
endeavors dates back to the late 60's
when in his youth, his family moved from
Atlanta to just across the street from the
ocean in Ormond Beach, Florida. He was
on a surf board within a few days and
soon realized a recurring state of near
blissful grace, when in or around the
ocean.
It became a personal goal to establish a
profession that would not only enable him
to be near the water but also enable
others to experience the pure joy and
miracles of life at the beach. What's the
old saying about sand in your shoes?
McCormick’s working knowledge of coastal
properties began in the 70's in high rise,
beach front construction as a journeyman
carpenter and later with condo sales in
Panama City Beach, Florida. He
established the first of seven Sundance
properties in Wrightsville Beach, North
Carolina in 2002 followed by expansion to
the Gulf Coast with Sundance 8 and 9.
Sundance 10 is currently in the works in
Orange Beach, Alabama.
Sundance MORE Inc. serves primarily in
a consulting capacity in the organization
of new and existing companies with
shared-use assets. Sundance MORE also
serves as a holding company for select
properties that meet defining criteria.
Sundance MORE is not a real estate
firm.
Charles McCormick was originally licensed
in real estate in the early 80's. He
continues to maintain active brokerage
licensing in North Carolina and Alabama.
Charles stays current with real estate
trends, utilizes industry resources and
negotiates acquisitions for Sundance More
Inc. and affiliate companies.
The Sundance business paradigm has
evolved to limit fixed overhead and
operating cost by outsourcing to the best
and brightest in their respective areas of
expertise. Our track record reflects long
term Owner satisfaction by virtue of lean
operating procedures enabling greater
value combined with streamlined asset
use policies. Careful selection, in prime
locations, continues to be a fundamental
component of success.
“A little sand in your shoes can be
